1. Course Enrollment

By enrolling in ResearchCraft courses, you agree to participate in our cohort-based learning program. Each course has specific start and end dates. You are responsible for attending sessions and completing assignments as outlined in the course syllabus.

2. Payment & Refunds

Full refunds are available within 7 days of the course start date if you are not satisfied, no questions asked. After 7 days, no refunds are provided. Cohort places are non-transferable.

3. Course Content & Recordings

All live sessions are recorded and provided to enrolled students for 12 months after course completion. Recordings are for personal learning only and may not be shared, distributed, or republished without permission. Course materials are proprietary to ResearchCraft.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Respect intellectual property and confidentiality of course materials
• Participate respectfully and professionally
• Complete assignments honestly and submit original work
• Abide by academic integrity standards

5. Disclaimer

ResearchCraft provides educational guidance and mentorship. We do not guarantee admission to PhD programs, publication acceptance, or career outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, qualifications, and external factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

ResearchCraft is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to course participation. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is the refund policy outlined above.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be announced to students. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
